ACALISE launches soft skills training program for UMU staff


On 22 January 2018, The African Centre of Excellence in Agro-ecology and Livelihood systems(ACALISE) in collaboration with the Centre for Indigenous Developments Efforts (CIDE) launched a Training of Trainers (TOT) program in soft skills for Uganda Martyrs University Staff(UMU). The training is aimed at improving the managerial skills of   UMU staff. This training program is expected to commence on 24th January 2018 at Javine Hotel in Kampala.


This training program was launched at Uganda Martyrs University by the Vice-Chancellor Fr. John Chrysostom Maviiri.  UMU top management staff present on this occasion included the Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Academic Affairs), Director of Human Resources, Dean of Students and the Principal Investigator (ACALISE).
